  • I did an online order and then placed an order at one of the keyosks inside. Walked to the pickup line. I was the only customer inside the store. With about 4 employees on the front area, not one made an attempt to greet me. This included what I believe to be the supervisor. Got home and the bun on my burger was toasted a little to dark and it was dry. Presentation of it was sloppy. The chicken strips were also cooked too long. So quality of food poor, quality of service poor. The store was relatively clean, which was at least the one good thing going for them. This location is fortunately not in my general area, so I won't need to return. I think the management needs to go over a few trainings with their personal here. Seeing the other reviews for this merchant, isn't surprising. Let's hope they can improve. They are in a great location for the community.
