  • This review is not on the actual service it is on the phone call I made to receive the service that I never got. My car battery died and I actually looked this place up and called to schedule an appointment. The lady one the phone (I didn't get her name) seemed irritated that I needed my vehicle fixed. She asked me my name, email address, and maybe address and told that she would call me back if anyone was available to repair my vehicle. That call was placed over three hours ago, so I'm guessing that's a no. With how irritated she sounded I asked her to repeat my number back to me so there was no confusion about calling me back but I guess it was a bad day for her. I get it, we all have them, I mean hey, my car wouldn't start. Needless to say I had to work out other arrangements to get my car fixed.
