  • My boyfriend & I came in to get mani & pedi as they had a special going on. Katie Nail's have very friendly staff but unfortunately they talk & laugh amongst themselves really loudly so it definitely takes away from having a "relaxing" experience. They took their time with my pedicure and double checked if all the dead skin was gone which I appreciate very much. Overall I was very pleased with the way my feet felt & looked. My manicure wasn't the greatest. I personally don't like getting a manicure done while your getting your toes done as it's uncomfortable holding your hands up for so long. I definitely could of been completed better if I was seated in a proper nail table rather than in a the sink where they do the pedis.
