  • I had a Groupon I purchased in April after we first moved to Arizona. I waited until we got in our new house in June then tried to make an appointment. Had to play phone tag for weeks. They do not answer their phone, but I work during the day and have meetings and such so always missed their calls back. Plus they have a 6-10 week waiting period to get an appointment. I finally was able to make one for this Saturday which I was looking forward to. Gary called and left me a voice mail yesterday that I did not notice until today - telling me i had to call him back that day and confirm for Saturday or my appointment would be given away! I just noticed another call when I got back from lunch that he had released my appointment since i did not call him back!!! I will never go to this business. Seems they just sell discount groupons, living social deals, etc to get their business. I was looking forward to this appointment and after all this I have had it. Buyer beware and shame on them for such poor customer service. They lost a potential repeat customer as I will never go there ever after all of this.
