  • It's a scam and they know it. Granted most of the health insurance industry is a mess. But this stuff is immoral and should be exposed. The scam of the appeals process where medical providers get a peer-to-peer with a medical director from the insurance company who is usually NOT in the specialty field. The scam of requiring people to fax things (Hello? 1985 called. They want their shoulder pads and fax machines back.) and refusing to verify receipt of documents until 24-48 hours after the fax is sent. I want to make public that they are the ONLY medical carrier in Arizona that doesn't recognize a well known illness and constantly tries to get out of paying out anything with down right crazy excuses. I want to expose that their counterpart in another state approved diagnosiss and medication immediately without delay or bullshit. It's all wrong and should be considered a crime.
