  • It was our first time going to a Mattress Firm. We were hesitant at first because we were afraid some pushy salesman would immediately swoop in and badger us into buying a bunch of stuff we didn't need. To our surprise and relief, we instead met Jack, who asked us what we needed, then showed us exactly that. There was no pressure or up-selling, he just showed us what we asked for and discussed the product. As we were checking out, he was extremely personable and conversational. It was the complete opposite experience to what we expected. Thanks, Jack!
