  • I only ordered from here once and via DoorDash while on a business trip, so my review is based on the customer service I received over the phone. There was a free delivery promo for Creamistry on DoorDash, so I wanted to place an order for me and my friend, but because it has been a long time since I've eaten here, I couldn't remember if I could make all ice cream with vegan options or only select ones. I called to ask and the staff went above and beyond by not only answering my question but guiding me through exactly how to specify it to be vegan on the DoorDash app. The ice creams are always great but this customer service was really excellent. I wish I had gotten the staff's name but at least I can leave a review to thank you guys in this form! Thank you!
