  • I've been to this location once & the girl there wasn't friendly at all, but it was the closest location to me so I just ate the negativity coming from her. I called up today to get a price on them wrapping my CPU nice & safe for shipment on a plane, & he (John) told me he can't give me a price until he sees it. I said I was given a price over the phone when I had this done in Canada. He said he can't. Are you kidding me??? He expects me to waste time & money lugging in a CPU just to get a price? I said he's a CPU, why can't you just give me a price. He said don't yell at me. I said I'm NOT yelling at you. He said you are raising your voice. Well there's a HUGE difference between yelling & me raising my voice because this guy is a difficult person. I asked to speak to a manager, he said he is & I said FINE, I'll go somewhere else. Why are people who work in UPS soooo mean spirited? Really?
