  • Do NOT order anything through the catalogue from this company! After being on hold for almost an hour while the order taker was finding a supervisor to help him find the number that was in the catalogue, they sent the wrong product. When calling back to get a number to return the product, I was again put on hold for over half an hour. Then I was told they do not have this product. The incorrect items were sent back, I have wasted the phone time and over 2 weeks. The personnel in the store is very nice and helpful, but if you have to order something from the catalogue, it is like going through the seventh level of you-know-what.
