  • This place is a hot mess. My two friends and I had an appt here at 8:00pm. They checked us in and we weren't even seen until 9:00pm. We were extremely late to our event cause of it. But that's not even the worst part. My poor friend got some racist lady. When she saw my friends curly hair she told her she had to brush the Mates out of it. Anyone with curly hair knows you do not brush curly hair. Then at the wash bowl I overheard her telling my friend she wasn't used to doing this "type" of hair. After a back and forth conversation she finally brought another worker over who was black. She told my friend this lady will now be doing your hair because she has more experience with ethnic hair, Sorry. And walked away. She made my friend feel like crap. I will never come back to this place. I have been to dry bar thousands of times and have never heard of this before. So degrading.
