This was beyond good! Friends of us (from Vegas) suggested this restaurant. Off Strip. In - for us - the middle of nowhere. A desolate piece of commercial space. We had to search for right adress because it's on not on the road side.
The Lotus of Siam is so popular that's reservations only. If you're not there on time (5 minutes prior to your reservation) they give away your table. Outside the're lines. And we know why.
We're a party of six with one real Thai Lady. Just in the USA for less than six months. Even she liked and approved the meals.
We had different dishes to share. The dishes that most impressed were the crispy duck, the pineapple rice and the Tom Kah Kai. All together we order two hot pot's of soup, the garlic shrimps and seven main courses. With a few alchoholic consumptions the total bill ran up tot $250 for six people. Not much for such a nice meal. We'll definitly be back.
