  • I really have mixed feelings about this place..I usually do not write bad reviews or even half bad reviews but I was quite disappointed with what happened to my friend and I that I thought I would share my experience. The first time I came here I had a pretty good experience. It was quiet on a weekday morning and my consultant was friendly and helpful during the experience. She was never pushy or anything. This was my first bridal shopping store by the way! The second time I came in, I came with a friend to look solely at belts. A lady greeted me and I explained that I was looking for the belt that I had tried on the first time with my wedding dress. She stated my file was in the system and that her colleague would be more than happy to help me out. The lady who was there to 'help/assist' me seemed super inpatient and almost rude. When I asked her what make the belt was and the cost, she responded with "I'm so busy, I can find that information for you and give you a call"..to which I replied with, "But, my information is in the system, can you just please provide me with the make/style, etc?" To which she responded again with, "we're so busy, I will have to call you with this information"..Being super frustrated, I stated "My information is already pulled up by your other colleague, could you just look at the screen and just tell me the make and number?". She then reluctantly went over and told me..This was also after my friend asked her if the store had a belt similar to the one she was showing her on her phone. This consultant said "we don't have anything like that". My friend asked if she had any belts with flowers on it and the same consultant stated "why didn't you just buy that belt from where you found it?"...umm, my friend is trying to purchase a belt from your store and you're basically telling her to go back to where she originally found this belt? she wasn't even asking for the exact same belt, but a style similar to it..we thanked the consultant and walked out..super unprofessional and not helpful with that consultant..The other ones seemed nicer but we were so taken aback by the lack of help, we took our business elsewhere..and to be honest, I was going to purchase my dress and belt there before this incident.
