Worst company ever. Do not ever do prepaid. Automatically withdrew twice a month from my wife's bank account. Freedom still took money out even after she cancelled preauthorized payments. My wife had to change her card number. We disputed the charges and each time the manager was suppose to call back,never did. They claim not to see the charges on their end, and suspended her account asking her to pay. When one of the freedom execs(who really work for Shaw) finally called they told us to ask CIBC to do clawback of the funds taken. CIBC couldn't simply do a clawback of a visa debit retail purchase. Finally after countless hours on the phone calling both freedom and cibc, nothing could be done. Not to mention freedom service always cuts off and has the worst signal, they expect you to top up on the 1 day in advance or they'll partially suspend your services. Do your self a favour and go with another carrier. They may cheaper, but you get what you pay for... apparently I paid a whole lot for s$&t service.
