I would never do business with Bell. I was visiting my parents and my dad expressed his frustration for the internet service and how his concern has never been answered in the past. when I checked the speed test found the download to be at 1.75 mbps and upload at 0.69 mbps. I was shocked as he was supposed to be getting 5 mbps download. So, I decided to call on hi behalf. To my surprise, I was passed on to 4 different agents. All apologetic and escalating the issue. Finally, they agreed to me that my dad area would not get more than 2 mbps download speed. So, I asked for a refund for having charged my dad for 5mbps for the past few months and when their service was not even providing 35% of the speed. Again, I was escalated and after being on hold for 20+ minutes, my call was dropped. So, 2.5 hours wasted with no solution.
Never deal with this company again.
