| - Customer "service" is near non-existent. I placed an order for two items. One arrived. For the other, I received an email stating the item was on back order and would be sent out within two days of it being back in stock. OK, no problem.
Two weeks pass with no update. I check my account and the order, still listing both items, is marked "Shipped." I call to confirm that it has indeed shipped and am told the portion of my order that I was told was back ordered has actually been cancelled, that the item was a sale item and, so, would not be back ordered, but would be back in stock in the spring - at full price, of course. They could give me no explanation as to why I received the erroneous email or why the order doesn't show as not having been completed in my account, would not give me a courtesy discount on another item despite the error being fully theirs, and did not offer to honor the sale price when the item was back in stock.
My husband is a big fan of one of their work gear items, so I've ordered it a couple of times (as it's already had to be replaced a couple of times). Whenever I order it, I check the site for anything I might like. That won't happen again. If I can find something comparable to that one item he likes elsewhere, they will have lost all our business.
