rev:text	BUYER BEWARE: I booked a car online from Pearson to downtown. Was quoted $48 dollars which seemed reasonable. When we arrived at my place I was charged $58. A "10 dollar pre-booking fee" was added. This fee was not mentioned on the website or my confirmation. Called to complain, spoke to Amit who confirmed the extra 10 bucks I had to pay in order to get my suitcase out of trunk. Shady business. Go Uber, or take shuttle/TTC.
