  • I can only think the positive reviews are fake. I called and asked about the ACTIVE yelp deal, they said it was no longer valid. They gave me an appointment between 10-12 and said they would be there at 12 because I let them know I had somewhere to be at 1pm. I was waiting all morning and calling the office because the technician did not call me and no one answered. He ultimately called me at 11:15 and said he was 10 minutes away. Flash forward to 12:15 when he actually shows up. I called the main office and the secretary was incredibly rude and said "do you want your floors done or not" when I said I want to speak to the supervisor she said "this won't help you at all" and I said that I would still like to speak to the supervisor and she HUNG UP the PHONE. Since the tech was there, I let him finish and he had to leave the key hidden in my yard as I had to leave before he did. The floor is patchy at best and I still do not have a phone number for the owner OR A RECEIPT, which I requested. This is not a legitimate business given the practices and the cash only payments. Spend your money elsewhere.
