  • I really love Powter Puff Boutique. Ive been going to this store since they opened in the spring of 2007 and it never dissapoints. I live in chicago, and visit this boutique whenever i am in town to see family and friends. Whoever says Cleveland is not on the fore front of fashion trends has obviously never met Brooke (the owner). She has all the latest trends, and usually for much cheaper than other places (example: i got a pair of shiny black leggings here this winter for $15 instead of almost $50 at american apparel) Powter Puff has a wide array of clothes (all womens) in lots of different sizes, all reasonably priced. I cant leave this place without buying a little necklace or earrings- they is always a cute selection, all pretty cheap! She doesnt carry lots of the same items (usually 1-2 of each size), which is great if you want to buy something you wont see on all of your friends!
