  • No Stars would be better! This company has no respect for renters. They treat you poorly by not responding to repairs, not returning phone calls and then to us the ultimate insult was not renting the place after we ended our lease one month early. They had over 60 days to rent it!!! The poor owner of this home is LOSING $$. We did end up paying the last month of our lease even though they could have easily rented the property. They are a lazy bunch of people. We ONLY ended our lease because they never got back to us about a lease extension. We wanted to stay but they would not verify if we could stay...kept saying "we can't get a hold of the owner". That poor owner! We left that place 100% better than when we got it. Faith Real Estate transfers you around from person to person when you have an issue. No one is responsible, they blame each other. We couldn't believe that after we offered to show the place for them if they had an interested party they never even advertised it! We moved out in June and the place is still vacant! What a joke. I would think twice abut using them if I was an owner but as a renter definitely RUN!
