I was at the dealer about 2 weeks ago and witnessed an "accident", which no one cared about. It was snowing that day, so the floor was 'wet' inside the service area. I saw a woman leaving the ladies room and she slipped 2 seconds later. It was pretty loud because she screamed but no one from the service desk got up to help her. Instead, her husband and I went to give her a hand. When I looked back at the service desk people, they were smirking and continued with whatever they were doing. A minute later, one of the girls got up and slowly walked over to see the puddle of water and asked if there was paper towel. She gave an "I don't want to do this" face. A service manager went in the men's washroom to find the yellow wet floor sign, which should have been placed in the open area since the beginning! I'm not sure what they were whispering about, but they were laughing as if it's "normal" for accidents to happen. I would be concerned the next time I visit this dealer.
