  • I'm giving this place two stars only because it was clean and they served me right away. However, I found that the two women who did my mani-pedi were rude. Mostly the one who did my feet. The one who did my nails was trying to be nice for the most part, but I still felt was rude. I walked in and was greeted by a gentleman. I asked for the color swatches for gel nails and he handed them to me. After realizing they used a brand of gel that I did not have good experience with, I looked at the normal polishes and was approached by a woman who asked me to go to chair 5. I mentioned that I decided to do normal polish as I did not like the gel brand they used and asked if they had anymore OPI polishes. She made a face and walked away from me without saying a word. I then found my polish and went to station 5. I was approached by another woman who would be doing my manicure, she kindly greeted me and asked if I had found my polish and I said yes but that I had decided to not go with the gel nail. The woman who originally approached me, then started speaking in another language and mentioned OPI multiple times and making faces. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but they continued to talk and mention OPI while laughing and looking at me. I felt it was safe to say they were mentioning my decision to use that specific brand. I shrugged it off. The woman who did my feet did not even bother to speak to me at all, only laughing and speaking loudly to other employees. While doing my feet I hear the word "salmon". The ladies start historically laughing, calling over another woman. They all start to laugh and I realize that they are talking about a tattoo on my foot that is a fish skeleton with my brothers birth year. I was offended and looked at these woman and they nervously laugh and say it's a very nice tattoo. I kept my mouth shut, hoping it would be over soon. The woman who was doing my manicure tried her best to connect with me, however I didn't appreciate her being a part of the negative conversations. I was then asked to pay in the middle of my service. I was confused as I have never been asked to pay before a service was finished, but agreed and handed her my husbands card. She then takes it and looks at it while walking, swipes it and brings it back for me to sign. without saying a word to me she approaches another employee, speaks in a low tone and points at me multiple times. She then comes back to paint my nails and I ask if there is an issue. She says no and I mention that I saw her pointing at me after swiping the card. And if she needs an ID from me to show proof of last name or I could just use another card. But she says it's fine. I'm a little irritated at this point. Her tone changes much sweeter for the rest of the service (which I appreciate) as the other woman doing my pedicure continues to stay quiet. However, she then starts to talk to the other woman and I hear the word "payment " I assume they are talking about the situation that just happened. When my service was finished I was on the phone, however these ladies did not say "you're done" "thank you for coming " or anything. I felt that was rude. But I did understand that maybe they didn't want to interrupt me on the phone. I said thank you, and did not get a reply. Then walked to the front where no one helped or turned on the UV lights to dry nails. I was frustrated and just left. A completely different gentleman said "thank you for coming " and I left. For the service, I have paid much less for the same outcome elsewhere. I will not be returning here.
