rev:text	I was a patient of this office from the age of 16-32... so take my word for it. When I started, things were just fine. Kind staff, great at follow ups and calling to make yearly appointments. As I got older, I got married and then pregnant. My first child experience was great through and through. My doctor, nurses, and the office staff were great! Then, with baby #2 (about 1.5 years later) the front office staff changed. They were rude and unwilling to work with my schedule (the office as 45 minutes from work and I was a teacher- taking off once a week towards the end of my pregnancy was not going to happen- the acted put out when I was 10 minutes late once and told me I might not get seen!)... again- this was issues with the front office, not the doctor. Fast forward a bit, I went in for a routine visit and asked for a full work up- I was treated like scum because I asked for the full work up w/ STD test. The lady taking my blood was scowling and non personable. SO RUDE...This is when I found out my doctor had left that practice- I should have left then too! But I stayed because I was scared to go somewhere new. I kept going for my once a year visits. The office staff continued to become more and more rude. Getting a phone call back from the medical assistant was never going to happen- even with legit concerns! They seemed very put out unless you were pregnant. UM hello? That's not all your office does! The PA tried her hardest to keep the peace for me. Until recently. I scheduled (like 6 weeks out) an appointment for a holiday I had off (again teacher- hard to get days off for office visits). I showed up (and unfortunately interrupted the receptionist's text conversation on her personal phone) to be told, "Um didn't you get our message? The PA is out and we need to reschedule." I then tried to reschedule and was treated like dirt because I was unwilling to take a morning appointment. I have NEVER BEEN SO MAD at a doctor's office in my life. When I left, I called and left a message for the assistant- I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK- not once. Thank goodness I found a replacement doctor's office that was more than kind and accommodating. I WILL NEVER go back to Glendale OBGYN, nor would I recommend this office to anyone.
