  • First, Im in Phoenix, not NV. Let me sum my experience up in short sentences. Took truck in, it was "fixed" Broke down again the next day, Asked them to look at it again, They did for an additional $300, on top of $600 I already paid. Left, and filed BBB complaint, Offered to fix it again for free They had my truck for 2 weeks, when I picked it up, broke down again the next day. Had to EZ Pay Finance the original amount, which after the third breakdown, I had to sell truck (not running) and buy another used car. Now I have car payments, AND they want to charge me 189% interest because I couldnt pay off loan in 90 days, (since I have a car payment now) I have written to the finance company and several times to Fletchers with no call backs, or concerns on their part. They just want to take your money and do not care what happens after you leave! Not to mention the fact they deal with a VERY shady finance company that robs you blind! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
