I was double booked a month ago..I contacted the company and they indicated I was incorrect. After REsending them the charges they finally agreed to help. It's been a month and my tickets are for less than a week away and I have yet to confirm what will be the valid ticket or get my money back. I get no responses to my emails I have called and all I'm told is to "not worry it's being worked on" really over a month no courtesy call or email to let me know eta and STILL not resolved. I will stick to Costco travel at least they have a great customer service and satisfaction guaranteed! Stay away unless you like not getting a response and waiting on hold to get anything resolved.
