I think they should call this the no service airline. No one seems to be focused on customers and their needs. Stewardesses seem to be preoccupied with her all giggly stories in the galley area my customers try to get their attention. I watch this one customer who finally got the attention of one of the attendance and she said, " we will be with you in a little bit".
It was horrible!
"Sir, you didn't pay for service, you paid for a seat."
It was the only airline available out of Mesa serving Springfield Missouri.
Make sure you print your boarding pass before you get to the airport or download the mobile phone app so that you have your boarding pass on your mobile phone. Five dollars for a boarding pass once you get to the airport to check in if you haven't done it yourself. Outrageous!
