  • First I have to say that their food is great, every time I come to Vegas, I want their fish. The review is about their service and hours. They are listed to be open from 11am till 11pm everyday. The last two trips I have taken to Vegas I have gone to get fish around 10 to take to the room, to find them already closing! Ask the guys working what time they close, they say 11, it is only 10, we closed early. The last trip I decided I would question management, this girl that came out had no idea what customer service is. No apology for the inconvenience, basically said I don't care. My question is, the order we were going to place would have around $100, and if we wanted fish, who is to say that others might as well. She said they close early when it is slow, why we stood their questioning them closing early, 3 others walked up to find them closed! I question is that being slow or are they just lazy and want to go home. Not sure most malls like this have contractual agreements on hours! Maybe a few fines for closing early and they will stop! If you want good service, just go next door to Gonzalez y Gonzalez!
