While my first session went well, I'm very disappointed with their customer service. I scheduled my second appointment for a Thursday with an understanding that the chiropractor would alway be out on Friday. I show up to my 830 am appointment that Thursday at 815. No one was there. I waited believing maybe I was the first appointment of the day. 830 came along and still no one there. I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking she was simply running late. 845 comes along still nothing. Finally at 9 the massage therapist arrives and informs me that the chiropractor would not be coming in. So I left, given that I had to leave my home an hour early to make it early to my appointment. I waited to see if I'd get a call to reschedule and of course nothing. Friday came, and knowing she wouldn't be there I didn't expect a call. Monday came and still nothing. Now it's Tuesday and still nothing. Why pay for a receptionist/assistant who doesn't do their job??? Why ask for my phone number and email when it won't be used unless it's to collect payment??? Very inconsiderate of patients who legitimately have pain and are looking to obtain services.
