My father purchased a bedroom set from Ashley Furniture HomeStore and we chose to pick it up, because the delivery option was to far out. We picked up the delivery took it home to set up and they didn't give us the headboard or the mirror. I tried getting ahold of someone at the Martin Luther King office and it just rings and rings. I called customer service and they told me it took 72 hours for them to look into this. The warehouse staff was rude, I spoke with multiple people in the customer service department and I would say I had one helpful young man that actually helped me get my issue resolved. We had to wait a week to get the headboard and mirror and they had to assign it to research before notifying us or not on whether we would receive the items. We were at the point of simply taking back all of the furniture and going to another store.
