  • If I could give this a 0 star I would. This guy is VERY unprofessional. The only reason I had to use this company is due to the home warranty I have with American Home Shield. At first he came out and said it was a faulty wire, I though great! easy fix!.. Well, one week later, my AC breaks again, and of course its 105 degrees now. The home warranty company put in a recall and he returned my call saying he could not come until after the weekend to check on the AC, even though he failed to fix it the first time. After the second visit, he said it was a fuse, but of course, the AC is still not working! The home warranty company put in another recall and I have yet to hear from this guy. I refuse to wait another week or more based on previous reviews it seems this is his MO. I decided to go with another company, seems this guy doesn't need or want the business. I am going to complain more to the home warranty company if they are contracting with someone like this its a little concerning. I am a health care professional If I treated my patients like this I would get sued, too bad he doesn't hold to the same standards.
