  • I went here once. The staff was very nice but the doctor scared me. He didn't seem confident in what he was doing and the more he talked the more uncomfortable I felt. I would suggest going somewhere else for anything more than a facial. I would never let Dr. Chen do a treatment. By the way, a doctor with the same name (Eugene Chen), who is about the same age, was found liable for Medicare fraud a few years ago (google it). Is this the same doctor??
