Probably one of my favorite ice cream spots in Phoenix. From the delicious flavors to the nostalgic candy that they also sell. Snuggled right in downtown Phoenix in the Roosevelt Row, it's a perfect location and brings in all types of crowds.
It's open until midnight which is perfect. We went last night (Saturday) around 10pm, and had to wait for about 20 minutes.
Unfortunately, this last visit, I had probably the worst customer service. I hadn't been in a long time, so maybe it's the norm to have such a bad attitude when serving ice cream, and everyone is ok with it because they just want to eat the delicious ice cream? Who knows? I didn't know the difference between a mini and a single, and the girl that served me talked to me like I was some idiot. So sad. She had such an annoyed look on her face with me and everyone that she was serving. It's sad to experience this type of service in a local business.
Nonetheless, I'll be back! Just let me know when the grumpy ice cream girl is not working.
