The customer service at this location is the worst I've ever experienced. We waited three hours to have my battery changed only to find out that nothing was done to the phone come pick up time. No text...no notification of any sort to indicate or let us know that the battery could not be changed. They just took the phone and kept us waiting. Only after I asked if all was well, did the rep mention that he had bad news and the phone was inoperable and offered a swap for $300. I grabbed my phone and walked out. Tempted to switch to Samsung just so I don't have to deal with Apple's customer service.
