  • My husband and I were excited to bring our kids here for the first time to skate. We looked up the hours online and even called to verify that open skating lasted until 9:45. We arrived at 8:00 and were told hours were subject to change at anytime, and they decided to close at 8:30 instead. Our kids were really looking forward to skating all day, so we decided to skate anyway and were then told they offered no discounts for closing early. Plus the woman at the ticket counter was completely unapologetic and rather dismissive. We love the Golden Knights and are season ticket holders, but this was rather disappointing considering that we called earlier in the day to verify their hours.
