  • Apparently you have to call ahead now to see if they have time to take your clothes and go through them. I Have never had an issue with Plato's Closet but, this location is completely unorganized when it comes to taking care of their customers. I came in with a very heavy bag full of clothes just to wait at least 10 minutes for them to tell me they cant take any more clothes for the day. Mind you, it was 4 pm and they are open until 10 pm. They have about 6 employees working and maybe 10 bags of clothing to go through, not sure why it takes six hours to go through a handful of bags. To me it just seems lazy. Very disappointed.
