| - I will start by saying that this business does have a good selection of inventory; however, their customer service STINKS. It seems every time there is a problem, or confusion. We bought our tractor from this business brand new, so when it came time to service (i.e. an oil change) we decided to bring it in. First, we went there to make an appointment, and the guy said "you're going to have to call to make an appointment" and we felt COMPLETELY blown off. So I called and we brought it in. Upon bringing it in, I again requested an oil change be done. We got no paperwork or written estimate, which I did think was weird, but didn't say anything. A week later, they called and told me it was going to be $450+ dollars because of all the things they did. Now, I don't know how much they make over there at MFG, but to my family, that's A LOT of money for me thinking it was just going to be an oil change! They never called before service was done, just went ahead and did it, sticking us with the bill. I calmly explained my frustration and all he could say was "OK, next time I'll just do the oil change". Well gee, thanks! That's all I wanted in the first place!
When we went to pick up the tractor, it was sitting out in the lot with a puddle of water on the seat. At least for that price, they could have washed the thing or stored it somewhere out of the rain. It is now making a noise that I hope is just from the rain. Again, this thing was a major investment to us.
Oh well, next time we'll go somewhere else, and we'll tell our friends and family to do the same.
