Great quality of TV, however that's not what you need to be aware of. Their pricing is effectively the worst I have EVER SEEN. I signed up not more than 1 year ago ($55/month), and my bill is now over $100/month! INSANE...I have called customer service just about every month and I get the same thing..."sorry, it is what it is...". Well, I am tired of it. I just called in again and they are more willing to cancel my service (with a $240 cancellation fee), than to make my bill affordable. I cannot believe their tactics when new customers. Typical bait and switch routine, but with contracts involved, so they can gouge you until you ARE BROKE. DIRECTV will no longer be getting my vote and I am letting everyone know of what I am going through.
