  • Chef Michael and Deidre were absolutely excellent! We have a Christmas function for our office this past Saturday, consisting of about 55 people. It was a last minute set-up on a limited budget. I found Chef Michael online, via a wedding website where he is listed as one of their preferred caterers. I briefly reviewed his website and reached out. I was immediately met with a response from Deidre. She sent over the menu, gave me some instructions on what to do, and scheduled Chef Michael to call me directly so we could discuss. Our main concern was having enough food with our limited budget, as there was alcohol being served. I cannot tell you how surprised and elated I was at the quantity of food, as was everyone who attended. Almost all of our attendees has seconds, and some had more than that. There were still left-overs! Our menu was varied yet still flowed well. There were absolutely rave reviews on the Chicken Piccata! We received not one negative comment on anything we had. His rolls were described as "carbohydrate crack"! LOL Everything we discussed from day 1 was followed through to the 'T'. Believe me, I could go on and on. Chef Michael and Deidre are definitely the folks to make your event a hit!
