One of my sons loves this place because of the hot towels. My teenager loathes it, thanks to a horrible, 5-minute haircut that left him in tears in our minivan. :) Despite giving the same request to each of their stylists, both kids left with dramatically different haircuts in terms of quality. The guy who cut my teenager's hair used a clippers all over in literally 5 minutes and carved out an unnatural, stylized hairline across his forehead and peaks. The hairline was very stylized in a way that I've only seen on African American or Hispanic boys. All fine and good - but not with my son's hair texture, nor did he ask for that look. Whereas these cuts look good on lots of kids, my kid looked like Spock. The guy clearly didn't listen to a word we said when we described what we wanted and did his thing as quickly as possible. We haven't been back since. Unless you have a tried-and-true stylist at this place, avoid being a walk-in and rolling the dice with whoever you get.
