  • I have no idea how this practice got my phone number BC I have never ever been a patient here. They sent a group text with my number and 9 other people's numbers about a Valentine's Day botox special. First of all, this is against HIPPA violation. When I called the number back asking how they got my phone number the front desk was giving me an attitude. So rude to me. I asked to speak to a manager and she said no one was available and that someone will call me back. Obv, that didn't happen. I plan on calling the medical board and reporting this. I do not want to be in a group texts about botox ESP when I've never been a patient here. They should also know this is against HIPPA violation considering they are a medical practice. I have the saved texts as proof and I plan on reporting this. If I'm not even a patient and this is what they are doing, I'm afraid what personal Info of mine they will disclose if I were to ever go here. This is so unprofessional and I do not appreciate the attitude they are giving me when I called to ask how they got my info. I've been to many doctors in my life and I've never experienced such thing.
