rev:text	Dr. Lee is a very good surgeon and took care of my carpal tunnel surgery. They wait is always at less and hour and forget getting your disability paperwork filled out. It took me 4 weeks to get it the first time and then I cancelled my surgury and reschedule it for later since they took so long. And now they have my paperwork for a week and can't get it to me timely again. Beside wanting $30 in cash to fill out this paperwork. You think they would get it filled out faster to make more money.
