I purchased a groupon that was honored and thought I'd built a nice rapport with my stylist as I am new to the area and was looking for a regular place to have my hair done. Showed her a picture, great conversation. She took her time giving me a cut. No complaints.
When done I felt it a little heavy on the sides and we even discussed it a bit. Told Ashley I would play with it a few days and if I needed more off I could come back.
That's when my otherwise nice experience went south. I called to make a follow up appointment and they said it would be an extra charge, just three days later. I was also accused of taking tools out of Ashley's hands. I DID use the flat iron to touch up the top - but I in no way, would never take something from someones hands - ESPECIALLY since they're working on my hair!
The front desk person is abrupt - not only in handling my follow up call, but calling to tell me I could come in earlier.
This place is a "wanna-be" high end shop - they have a LOT of growing up to do. I believe in building a relationship with my stylist and going back for years and sending friends to someone you trust with your hair. I believe a business should stand by their work. If you're of the same opinion this is NOT the salon for you!
