  • AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The guy came out to install a new water heater. The one I used to have was working 75% of the time. He stood in front of it and said "yep, you need a new heater." So he measures it and comes back the next day. Guess what? It doesn't fit. I don't have a heater and he couldn't reinstall the old one. He proceeds to tell me to go to sears and buy one. He gives me the specs... supposedly. So I buy one from sears with the specifications he gave me. They try to install it and the new guy from Union says that the model is incorrect. He can't install it. Bye, he drives off with no help or options. I call sears for a SECOND water heater. I buy a SECOND water heater and guess who does the installation? Union. Sears (another horrible company) tells me it will take 4 days to get the heater. So because of these goofs, I have no hot water for almost a week. Did I mention I have a one year old? I called a supervisor but no one called back. They don't care. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
