  • Techs are always friendly but office sucks. Every single time a tech comes out it's unannounced. Sometimes we are home, sometimes not. Last termite inspection we came home to a notice inspection was done and a bill but no one ever came inside. Garage was where are problem was in the first place. Call the office for information, "someone will call you beck" no call back.....3 times! Honestly I cancelled scorpion service 1.5 years ago and have not seen a scorpion since. Hasn't been a pleasant experience for me, hence this review. Pretty good reviews, hmm.
