  • Their ad states 5 room cleaning for $34.75 and each additional room $6.95, sounds good. I was moving out of a house and needed the carpets professionally cleaned but didn't need to pay a lot, expecting maybe $100. After their "technician" got all his equipment ready he went through all the rooms to give me his estimate and recommendations, $295.80??? I asked what all the charges were and he told me they have to "pre-treat" all traffic areas and spots, $.25 sqft, so the additional $200 plus was the tact on fee they fail to mention in their add or until they are deep into your house. SO if you have clean carpet they don't have to "pre-treat" but who gets their clean carpet CLEANED??? Scam artist KC - Peoria
