  • This was the 3rd time going here. The first time was right after they opened, service was horrible, we waited 45 minutes after we ordered our food for the waitress to come back, but we got no food and no waitress, so we just left. The second time was a couple of months ago, we were a table of 2 and there were maybe 8 people in the whole place. That time the appetizer and service was ok. The last time was on April 30th (a Thursday) at 5pm. We had a group of 14 people. I won't speak of the other people's experience, mine alone is enough for you to get the idea. My husband ordered a Blue Moon with a slice of orange. When the bartender brought it out she set it in front of him and said "We don't have any oranges" and left. I would think she would offer him something else maybe? but no. The second issue was the food. We ordered the sampler appetizer platter and my husband ordered the chicken wings. The chicken wings in our platter and his were cold. I'm not talking room temp, they were just taken out of the fridge and thrown on the plate, not even a bit of warmth. The "beer" cheese dip for the pretzels was nacho cheese sauce. After having waited for 30 minutes to get this "food" it was hard to stop my 11 and 15 year old from just eating it. I wanted to wait for the waitress to come back (since my ice tea and their sodas were long gone) so we could tell her to take it back, but I waited at least 10 minutes and no waitress, so they ate them anyways. The third issue was my husbands second beer. He asked for one, I reminded the waitress he asked for one, and I told another waitress walking by he needed another beer. His wings were there but he had nothing to drink during his entire meal. He finished my son's soda and went to the restroom. We were now waiting for the check. Finally, at least 30 minutes later, a bartender brings the beer. I told her forget it, take it back, we're getting ready to leave now. Her response was our tap ran out. Why didn't one of the 3 waitresses we ask tell us this? Maybe offer him a different brand? Or a glass of water? The waitress we had was very condescending, acting the entire time like she was so much better than we were (I was watching the way she treated my parents and my Uncle). Just very rude. I left a $3 tip with the 3 issues I just posted on the back of the receipt. The response from the management on all these complaints are the same, let us know, blah blah blah. Why don't you make a change in your business? I will not ever go here again, apparently the attitudes of the employees is the attitude of management, rude and uncaring.
