  • Had a 4 PM backup on one end of our house and needed same day service. Contacted a few of the other highly rated companies but none could service until next day. Not only did Freddy answer his phone but he committed to same day service, provided clear pricing scenarios, and arrived within 2.5 hours. Once on the job he was meticulous and thorough with his approach, communication, and cleanliness. Turns out we had a larger problem with roots outside the house, which Freddy took the time to mark and detail depth and location of problem with us while clearing the line as best as possible. His pricing to replace the section of line was very reasonable and he was able to schedule within a few days. Great service, would definitely use Freddy's company again.
