I'd like to give this place more stars, but can't because the staff and ownership are often so off-putting if not rude.
On a positive note, the ambiance is excellent. It's an old house with dining on the patio. It's a good place to go on a date, especially in the Fall or Spring. The pizza is spot on Neapolitan style pizza.
The Marinara is vegan if you hold the anchovies. Ask to replace them with olives.
There were a few friendly cats that live in the area when I visited and they would hang out with you while you ate on the patio.
