  • So the location? Not the easiest to find. The parking? Pretty crowded. However, my GPS clearly showed them located behind Starbucks... I think most of us use our iPhone apps these days? And I still managed to find a spot on a Saturday afternoon for both drop off and pick up! So, no complaints there! I brought my senior cat in today for a lion cut. Booking online the night prior was easy, confirmation was received first thing the next morning. I sent both an email and attempted to call the location prior to her appointment to discuss some concerns I had, given my cats age. I got the shops voicemail, and didn't bother leaving a message. However, I quickly received a call back. The woman I spoke with was professional and reassuring. I brought Prize (my cat) in and met with the cat groomer. We discussed the look I wanted for my cat and the current condition of her coat. I was told I would get a call when she was done. Sure enough, I got the call two hours later telling me she was ready to go. Prize is one naked cat! Just the way I wanted her! Yay for no more shedding. She is clearly a happier cat now too, she is out and about demanding scratches from everyone and purring like a car engine. The price was right around what I anticipated and reasonable! We will be back! Thanks for the beautiful job right before the holidays!
