Jay has been cutting my hair since we both had chipmunk cheeks. I even used to go to NY every six months to have him sort me out when he was a stylist there in Union Square. What I love about his work is that it grows in so well - which is what great hair cuts do. He's not into the big, fancy blow outs (although he will do those if asked, and I've seen him train more than one stylist in the art of the blow), he wants to see the cut because to him it is a science. Like craft beer or tongue and groove furniture. I've also seen him work miracles on my girlfriends (most of whom have become long time clients as well) and my son. He can take the worst Top Cuts hack job and make it look funky. The man is a freaking genius with scissors - like Edward Scissorhands... sans murder.
