  • It's not a good experience at the car wash today. I have a fast past which gives me free washes all month. Normally there isn't an issue, but today the cashier couldn't fix a problem with my oil change... was suppose to be free, but that didn't happen. After a lot of confusion on what was to be charged and even though she called a manager, no one showed up to fix the problem. Not a fan of the fast pass or the so called free services they say I have earned. The points or free services they say I have earned are not free! Just a bad day at the carwash and no one seemed interested in fixing the problem
